After your payment has been processed, your download will be available immediately on the thank you page. You will also receive an email with a link to your download. *For delayed payments (e.g. manual payment or echeck), a download link is not included in the confirmation email. Your payment must be marked as paid on our end and a second email containing you download link will be sent. If you do not receive this within a few days, please contact us.

Due to the nature of digital products, they are non-refundable. If you accidentally purchased 2 of the exact same digital products, please reach out to me for a refund.

If you accidentally purchased 2 of the exact same file, please reach out so you can be refunded for one of them.

I have a 1 hour cancelation policy. If you have already been charged for the week and need to miss a class, please reach out at least 1 hour prior to your class start time, and I will issue you a refund. If you know in advance that you will need to miss a class, you can pause your subscription and un-pause when you are able to join us again. This will stop your payments but keep you enrolled in the class.

I know that life can get super busy. Sometimes classes get missed and that's totally ok. For the first missed class with no notification, you can reach out for a refund for that class. After the first one, missed classes are non-refundable. After 10 minutes, you are considered late and will not be permitted into class. If there is no one attending after 10 minutes, class will be cancelled. I have a 1-hour cancellation policy. If for any reason your child is unable to attend, please reach out and let me know at least 1 hour prior to your class start time and you will receive a full refund for your class. If you wish to take a live class, you must sign up on the Outschool platform. Sign-ups & payments are not accepted through mindfullittlemindsco.com. Please click here to head over to Outschool and complete the sign-up and payment process. Classes are paid on a subscription basis and are charged every Sunday for any class you are enrolled in for that week. You will pay immediately for your first class, then your subscription will automatically renew every Sunday.
